Hidria Spacefolk - Futur Ixiom
I tried to post this yesterday but Tumblr freaked out when I hit the “create post” button and lost it, which I took as a sign that I ought to get away from the computer.
Hidria Spacefolk are a progressive rock band from Finland. They play with space-effect guitar riffs sort of in the same vein as Beardfish or Ozric Tentacles. Hell, I think they border on sounding like a modern Wishbone Ash, using similar dual-guitar harmonies. This is to say that they’re a great band and you should give them a shot despite this atrocious cover art.
