Black Cowgirl - Roadmaster
Black Cowgirl is an American psychedelic rock band that released this self-titled debut this year. They’re going to be a band to keep an eye on, for sure. They riff it up with the best of them and are going to be supporting Clutch on tour, which sounds like a perfect concert. They have a definite 70s vibe in their music that’s hard to pin down.There’s not a lot of expansive soloing or even much blues influence, really, but I think this band is what Captain Beyond would have sounded like if they’d had modern amps.
