Curved Air - You Know
Curved Air’s second album saw them pursue a ruder sounding guitar distortion, sort of along the same lines as Gentle Giant, not dominating the background with heavy chord riffs but just lending their jazzy chords and short solos some fuzz. They also thickened their keyboard usage, bringing their sound more in line with other burgeoning (but slightly later) progressive rock groups like Camel.
